He was predeceased by: his parents, William Deason and Elsie Chapman Deason; and his son Charles Deason. He is survived by: his wife Emily Blankenship Deason; his stepchildren, James Hill (Angie) and Sherry Carroll; his grandchildren, Cruz, Victoria, Zachary, Tiffany, Scarlett and Braxton; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Madison, Lukas and Evelyn.
