She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Effinger and Virginia Effinger; and her former husband Roger Lewis. She is survived by: her fiancé Billy Cooper; her children, Tamera Soto (Manuel), Jason James (Tanya), Bruce James (Lydia) and Micah James (Kathy); her stepson William T. Cooper; and her sisters, Janet Arnold (Jimmy), Sharon O'Hara (Mike) and Paula Sawaya (John). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
