It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Kay Lewis of Brooks, Kentucky, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Effinger and Virginia Effinger; and her former life partner Roger Lewis. She is survived by : her fiancé Billy Cooper; her children, Tamera Soto (Manuel), Jason James (Tanya), Bruce James (Lydia) and Micah James (Kathy); her stepson William T. Cooper; and her sisters, Janet Arnold (Jimmy), Sharon O'Hara (Mike) and Paula Sawaya (John). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
