He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Meadows and Rhoda Eula Sullivan Meadows; and his brother Walter Meadows. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Nicholas Meadows of Tiffin, OH and Jason William Meadows of Fremont, OH; and his grandchildren, Brianna Nicole Meadows, Kayla Marie Meadows, Amber Renee Meadows, Austin James Meadows and Greyson William Meadows.
He was a supporter of veterans, AmVets and the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
