He is survived by: his wife Debra Miller Collier; his daughters, Susie French (Skylar) of Conyers, GA., Evelyn Burgess (Jason) of Somerset, KY. and Medina Smith of Bronston, KY.; and his granddaughters, Lilly, Trinity, Makayla Burgess, Ellie French and Loxlee French.
