She is survived by: her husband Owens Decker; her daughters, Kathy Lynn Decker of Bronston and MaKayla LeeAnn Decker (Victor Herren) of Bronston; her siblings, Russell Whitmire (Carol) of Bronston, Alice Whitis of Eubank and Faye Whitmire of Bronston; and her close friend Ruby Hughes. She is also survived by other friends and family.
