She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mercer and Edna Combs Mercer. She is survived by: her friend Angie Rice; her husband Dills Wheeler; her children, Caitlyn Garcia (Samuel) of Lexington, KY, Jamie Webb (Donald) of Yorktown, VA and Zachary Wheeler (Constance) of Cynthiana, KY; her brother Bootsie Mercer of Hazard, KY; and her grandchildren, Jackson, Kyra, Jaelyn, Ashtyn and Teddy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
