She is survived by: her husband Paul Edward Blevins; her children, Johnathon Neeley of Bronston and Corrina Renee Blevins (Terry Wilkerson) of Reading, OH; her siblings, Jesse Neeley of Bronston, David Neeley of Bronston, James Neeley of Monticello, Barbara Simpson of Somerset, Rhonda Stigall of Somerset and Ruby King of McKee; her grandchildren, Jazmine Olivia Neeley, Dustin Adams and Hannah Pucke; and her great grandchild Kenlie Adams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
