He is survived by: his sons, Donald Hembree (Crystal) of Somerset and Ronald Hembree of Science Hill; his siblings, Bruce Garland of Monticello, Michael Garland of Bronston, Virginia Braden of Stanford, Connie Mills of Bronston, Rhonda Ramsey of Somerset, Donna Hoskins of London and Margo McElwain of Cincinnati; and his grandson Adam Hembree.
