He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Reynolds and Bitha Hicks Reynolds; and his siblings, Virgil Pennington, Jeanette Burroughs and Ina Mae Fletcher.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hughes; his sons, Jack Reynolds, Jr. (Kim) of Somerset, Travis Reynolds, Shannon Shippee of Elizabethtown, KY and Jared Reynolds (Amber); his grandson Alexander Reynolds; and his siblings, David Reynolds of London, KY, Shirley Madden of McKee, KY and Donna York of Tyner, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Pulaski Funeral Home in loving memory of Jack Reynolds.
