Herbert (Adriane) of San Antonio, TX, Charles Herbert (Brenda) of North Pole, AK and Holly Bell (Mark) of Hartford City, IN; his close friend Weda Purnell; his sister Sally Mullenix; his former wife Connie Herbert Weaver of Brandon, MS; and his grandchildren, Cori Anderson, Derrick Morgan, John Herbert, Eddie Herbert, Sarah Majors, Will Majors, Nicole Herbert, Whitney Dishman and Kyle White. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
