She was predeceased by: her parents, Earsel Cole and Helen Christine Hinkle Cole. She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Ann Cole of Barbourville, Cheryl Meadows (Dan) of Parkers Lake, Dena Cole-Welsh (Rob) of Berea, Earsel Duane Cole (Viola) of Hammond, Donald Ray Cole (Karen) of Lexington and Michael Steven Cole (Gina) of Barbourville; her aunt Jackie Hinkle Privett Creekmore of Benton, SC; and her mother-in-law Edna Partin of Barbourville. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, cousins, special caregivers and dear friends.
