She is survived by: her mother Mildred Barkley Stephens of Bronston; and her siblings, William Mitchell Holbrook of Bronston, Alonzo Dale Holbrook of Covington, KY, Gary Summers, Eva Catherine Miller of Sanders, KY, Elizabeth Kaye Stephens of Florence, KY, Lilly May Crabtree of Somerset and Violet Jewell Downing. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
