She was predeceased by: her parent Pat Dobbs; her husband David Gene Slagle; her grandchildren, Robbie Slagle and Emily Ann Blevins; and her siblings, Lucille Amick, Lillian Titloff, Hulen, Harold, Richard, Willis and Hollis Dobbs.
She is survived by: her children, Jody Lynn Blevins (Darrell) of Bronston, KY and Robert Gene Slagle of Somerset, KY; her grandchildren, Justin Howard (Sonya), Rocky Howard, Hannah Neal (Cody) and Jason Slagle (Sherilyn); her great grandchildren, Henry Howard, Annabeth Rose Neal, Brooklyn Neal and Clay Slagle; and her siblings, Edwin Dobbs of McCreary County, KY and Ruth Huter of Goshen, OH..
