He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rucker Kinser and Nannie Margaret Lenderman; and his siblings, Charles Kinser and Pamela Schraider. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kinser; his children, Charles "Danny" Kinser (Tina) of Bryan, OH, Stephanie Kinser Wilson (Justin) of Independence, KY and Jessica Kinser Blake (Sean) of Richmond, KY; his grandchildren, Kadon Farmer, Katina Farmer, Ava Kinser, Lydia Kinser, Axel Kinser, Emory Blake, Evelyn Billie Blake, Emma Wilson and Chloe Wilson; and his sister Linda Oliver of Plano, TX. He is also survived by extended family, neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to "Tunnel of Towers" in memory of Billy Kinser.
