She is survived by: her children, Sharon Hargis, Dallas of Lexington, KY, Roger Proctor, Shari of Brodhead, KY, Barry Proctor and Markita of Brodhead, KY; her grandchildren, Kendra Stenzel, Hillary Whitaker, Stephanie Owens and Brandon Proctor; her great grandchildren, Michael Staggs, Jackson Whitaker, Madelyn Whitaker, Reni Owens, Dani Owens, Max Owens, Avery Proctor and Noah Proctor; and her siblings, Carl Blevins (Sharon), Dave Blevins of Bee Lick, KY, Bobby Blevins (Debbie), Carolyn Sluss (Bill), Betty Sutton (Ted) and Martha Hamm of Berea, KY.
