She is survived by: her grandchildren, Valerie McCartney of Toledo, Ohio, Elizabeth Caudill (Larry) of Casey Co and Thomas Vuocolo of North Carolina; her great grandchildren, Chelsea Matthews, Tabitha Caudill, Carolyn McCartney and Dominic Vuocolo; and her caregiver Jeannia Elder.
