He is survived by: his daughter Holly Jayne Mullins (Shay) of Brodhead, KY; his grandsons, Steven Coty Childress (Courtney) of Richmond, KY and Patrick Tanner Childress of Brodhead, KY; his great grandchildren, Patrick Deckard Childress, Charleigh Lyn Childress and Liam Rhett Stigall-Childress; and his siblings, Mike Hopkins of Brodhead, KY, Robert Hopkins (Teresa) of Brodhead, KY, Tim Hopkins (Dina) of Brodhead, KY, Bruce Hopkins (Betsy) of Brodhead, KY, Peggy Hopkins of Brodhead, Judy Mize of Brodhead, KY, Jenny Miller (Ricky) of Brodhead, KY, Doris Smith (Ricky) of Mt. Vernon, KY and Donna Poynter (Larry) of Mt. Vernon, KY.
