She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Evans and Martha Barron Evans; and her siblings, Ronnie Dale Evans, Danny Robert, Linda Gail, Johnny Edward, Wanda Sue and Carlie Joe.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Teague; her daughters, Heather Combs (Austin) of Danville, Samantha Teague of Brodhead and Holly Teague of Brodhead; and her grandchildren, Alissa Combs, Connor Combs, Stephanie Teague, Gabriel Richardson and Emily Johnson.
