She is survived by: her daughter Connie Payne Denny of Brodhead; her husband Matt Blevins of Brodhead; her children, Dalton Blevins (Amber), Aaron Blevins and Madison Blevins; her brother David Anthony Spoonamore; and her grandchild Raelynn Blevins.
