She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Bussell and Clellia Whitaker Bussell; her husband John D. Cromer; her son Timothy Mark Cromer; and her siblings, Melvin, Dean, Bobby, Orville Bussell, Wanda Blair and Retha Lunsford.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Yvonne Chapman (Bill) of Covington, KY and Johnny Michael Cromer (Aline) of Brodhead, KY; her daughter-in-law Ann Cromer Chaffin of Brodhead, KY; her grandchildren, Kristi Coen (Andy), David Hasting (Sandra), Jessica English (Josh), Megan Cromer (Kerry Miree), Aron Cromer (Leslie) and Michael Cromer (Casey); her great grandchildren, Marley Kaup (Sam) of Landen Cromer, A. J, Kolten Cromer, Ashten Cromer, Dylan McGill, Audrey Cromer, Alycia Cromer, Mary Allison Cromer, Nikola Coen, Elijah Cromer and Gabriel Cromer; and her siblings, Jim Bussell (Barbara) of Brodhead, KY, Lorene Wallin of Lockland, OH, Lou Price (Paul) of Reading, OH and Clara Braymeyer of Newport, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
Donations can be made in Rissie's memory to Hospice of Bluegrass, Brodhead Christian Church, Old Roberts Freedom Cemetery, or Oak Hill Cemetery.
