Vernon, KY; his grandchildren, Natasha Hensley, Ashley Thomas, Reanna Pelfrey, Amber Legg and Isaiah Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Taelor Cummins, Kaughner Hensley, Ben and Brody Thomas.
