She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Hendrickson and Carter Albright Hendrickson Hoskins; her husband Charles Fletcher; and her siblings, Rhetta McDaniel and Dwight Hoskins.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Alcorn (Edd) of Berea and Kevin George Fletcher of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Patricia Faye Nihoris (Nick) of Richmond, Lindsay Kaye McKenzie (Matt) of Richmond and Edwin Tyler Alcorn (Lindsey) of Berea; her great grandchildren, Avery, Lucas Nihoris, Eli, Isaiah McKenzie, Georgia McKenzie and Remi Alcorn; her sisters, Birdiann Bullock of Lebanon and Charlene Gentry of Mount Vernon; and her sister-in-law Donita Hoskins of Louisville. She is also survived by many friends, neighbors.
