He was predeceased by: his parents, Shellie Mullins and Lizzie Clark Mullins; his wife Faye Mullins; his son Keith Mullins; and his siblings, Virgil, Cecil, Homer, Bobby, Ben Mullins and Gracie Mullins.
He is survived by: his daughter Kay Mason (Paul) of Orlando; his siblings, Sam Mullins of Climax, Marie Mullins of Dayton, OH and Becky Northern (Cecil) of Miamisburg, OH; his daughter-in-law Brenda Mullins; his grandchildren, Brian Keith Mullins and Brandy Brock; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Keith Mullins, Noah Brock and McKinzii Todd.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, face masks are required, social distancing is encouraged, and funeral home capacity will be limited to 50%.
