He is survived by: his mother Anna Lee Durham Smith; his sisters, Vickie Lynn and Sherry Lou; his wife Rhonda Roark; his children, Krystal Ann, Victoria Lee, Jesse Whitley, Charles Michael and James Bryce; and his sisters, Vicki Arnold and Sherry Webb (Bobby). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
