He is survived by: his children, Letty Howard, Mary Lee Gadd (Tim), Betty Phelps (Steve), Ruthetta Allen (Bobby), Michael Howard (Linda), Manuel Howard (Rhonda), Gregory Howard, Loretta Hodges (Tim), Melissa Doan (Benton), Deborah Coulton (Gregory), Lee Howard (Kristen) and Clinton Howard; and his sister Clevie Hensley.
