He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Houk, Lorene Preston and Betty Adams. He is survived by: his children, Nikki Houk of Livingston, KY, Jessica Layne (Frank) of Ashland, KY and Charles Jeffrey Houk of Ashland, KY; and his grandchildren, Aaliyha Blackburn, Hayley Layne, Chase Layne, Maddie Layne and Levi Bennett.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his funeral fund.
