He is survived by: his parents, Johnathan Ray Bloomingdale and Amy Clark Bloomingdale of Brodhead, KY; his sister Aspynn Nevaya Bloomingdale; his grandparents, Tanya Clark of Brodhead, KY., Steve Clark of Colorado Springs, CO. and Jessica Bloomingdale of Stafford, VA; his great-grandparents, Jimmy Clark, Brenda Nicholson and Anthony Gaughan; his great-aunt Sandi Himes; and his aunts and uncles, Derek (Bridget), Spencer Clark, Shawn Covell, Mikie, Jayden Bloomingdale, Brandon, Tiffany Nicholson, Shelley Granger (Scott), Shakeitha Ramirez (Hector), Caitlin Burchett (Trent) and McKenzi Himes.
