He is survived by: his wife Edna Harper (Owens); his daughter Edna Harper; his grandchildren, Lynda Brown (Randy) of Brodhead, Malissa Blair (Bill) of Berea, Georgia and Harold Ray Harper (Eli) of Augusta; and his brother Eddie Harper (Linda).
