He was predeceased by: his brother Joel Newcomb. He is survived by: his parents, Farley Eldon Newcomb, Sr. and Deanna Faye Mink Cartmill of Brodhead, KY; his siblings, Eldon Newcomb (Jacklene) of Mt. Vernon, KY, Julia Kirby of Brodhead, KY, Angela Lynch (Shane) of Brodhead, KY, Tabitha Newcomb of Somerset, KY and Allison Newcomb of Brodhead, KY; his stepsisters, Cassandra Harker of Stanford, KY and Amanda Lunsford of McKee, KY; his nephew Joel; and his niece Samantha Newcomb. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends.
