With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ernest Bishop of Brodhead, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bishop and Elizabeth Bishop (Singleton); his wife Flossie Bishop (Campbell); his son Jonathan Noah Bishop; and his siblings, David, Marion, Verdray Bishop, Jean Burns, Nellie Asher, Luevadia Rice and Wanda Barnett.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ernest Lee Jr., Stacey Nicole and Tammy Jo; his siblings, Doug, Bobby, Alvin, Delray Bishop and Ganela Bishop; and his grandchild Shawn Day Jr..
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home (148 W Main St, Brodhead, KY 40409). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Marvin E Owens Home (148 W Main St, Brodhead, KY 40409).
