She is survived by: her close friend Mike Berry of Brodhead, KY; her children, Michael Howard II of Frederica, DE, Marcus Howard (Michelle) and Melinda Howard of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Alycia Gonzalez (Miguel) and Victoria Howard; her great grandchildren, Kai, Everleigh and Itzel Gonzalez; and her siblings, Millard Dixon Jr. (Joanne), Patricia Davis of Dover, DE, Janet Lowery of Dover, DE, Diane Flanagan (Doug) and Beverly Severson (Benny).
