He is survived by: his sibling Francis; his grandchildren, Craig, Cassie and Ellie Sowder; his children, Billy Dean Sowder (Debbie) and Tracie Annette Sowder; his grandchildren, Edward Craig Sowder, Cassondra Lynn Sowder and Ellie Grace Sowder; his siblings, Frances Humphress, Helen Lunsford, Faye Gullett (Doyle), Ronnie Sowder (Joyce), Mark Sowder (Wendy), Christopher Sowder (Angela) and David Sowder; and also Bernice Lovings.
