He was predeceased by: his parents, Forster Lamb and Helen Pelfrey Lamb; his son Darrell Wayne Lamb, Jr.; and his sisters, Alberta Wilson and Margaret Lamb.
He is survived by: his sons, Johnny Lamb (Kim) of Rose Hill, VA, Joshua Lamb of Mt. Vernon and Daniel Lamb (Kim) of Berea; his siblings, Gary Lamb of Brodhead, Danny Lamb of Florida, Linda Swinford of Scaffold Cane, Anita Bradley of Brodhead, Rosa Lamb of Mt. Vernon and Loria Doan of Mt. Vernon; and his grandchildren, Amber, Austin, Justin, Emily, Calob, Abigail, Samantha, Shaun, Brayden and Ila. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
