She was predeceased by: her parents, Carter Caudill and Anna Caudill (Brown); her husband Bobby Proctor; her granddaughter Suzanne Graves; and her siblings, Jo Ann Simpson, Shirley Shelley, Carter Lee Caudill and Wanda Elder.
She is survived by: her children, Louise Benge (Johnny) of Brodhead, KY, Derrell Proctor (Darlene) of Covington, KY, Doug Proctor (Linda) of Mt. Vernon, KY, Paula Brown (Wendell) of Crab Orchard, KY and Elizabeth Dodd (Jeff) of Walton, KY; her grandchildren, Rebecca Reed Hammons, Denise Watson, Billy Ray Graves, Josie Benge, Heather Bradley, Tanner Allen, Logan Dodd, Steve, Kyle, Adam, Mark and Jason Proctor; her brother Jesse D Caudill (Peggy) of Cincinnati, OH; and her brother-in-law Arlos Proctor (Martha) of Brodhead, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, KY.
