She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Mayfield Thompson; and her grandparents, Marshall, Ruby Thompson, Willie and Bertha Mayfield.

She is survived by: her father Paul Thompson; her spouse Jackie McCoy; her grandchildren, Mason Vanhook, Maddix Cundiff, Bryson, Myles Cundiff, Remington New, Charlee Shae Vanhook and Lexi Morgan; her sister Sheila Chaney (Dennis); her nephews, Ethan Phillips and Joshua Thompson; her niece Miranda Clevanger; her great-nephews, Austin Clevanger and Levi Thompson; and also Remileigh Thompson (Remi). She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations can be made to Owens Chapel for services provided.
