He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Marion and Lela Woodall (Ross); his wife Vivian Woodall (Thomas); his daughter Natasha Woodall; his siblings, Marvin, James, Everett Woodall, Willene Adams, Mildred Castle and Jean Wilmont; and his nephew Billy Joe Shafer.
He is survived by: his daughter Amelia Denney (Brian) of Eubank, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Mickey Shafer (Rita) of Mt. Vernon, KY, Roger Shafer of Brodhead, KY, Kathy Bingham of Berea, KY and Deanna Michelle Adams of Berea, KY..
