He is survived by: his son Jeff Harper (Linda) of Ohio, One; his grandson Jeffrey Harper (Lauren) of Ohio, Two; his great grandchildren, Carly and Sadie Harper; and his siblings, Jerry Lee Harper of Stanford, Jetta Gentry of Mt Vernon, Wayne Manus and Jean Caldwell.
