She is survived by: her father James Robert Fredrick; her children, William Albert Wayne Cauley (Jacklyn) and Ella Nicole Cauley; her granddaughters, Kendra Cauley and Sarah Thomas; and her siblings, Wayne Fredrick, Bruce Fredrick, Timothy Wayne Phillips (Michelle), James Banjamin Phillips and Elna Phillips-Spradlin (Tristan).
