She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronnie Miller and Rose Miller; and her daughter Ronni Leann Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Harry Phillips; her daughters, Misty Bailey and Abigail Bailey; and her siblings, Deborah Montgomery (Joe) and James Miller (Susan).
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330).
