She is survived by: her husband Paul Fields; her children, Scott Wooton (Ruth Wooton), Tony Fields (Treasa Fields) and Tammy Wilkerson (Chris Wilkerson); her grandchildren, Morgan Duff, Autumn Burke (Spencer Burke), Whitney Patterson (Cody Patterson), Holly Sutton (Zack Sutton), Kaylee Jo Wilkerson and Sophy Fields; and her siblings, Jeanie Kittinger (Chuck Kittinger), Polly Crowley (Carroll Crowley), Etta Caudill and Felix Caudill (Ann Caudill). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
