He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Combs and Bessie Combs. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Couch Combs; his children, Jesse Combs, Jr. (Marietta) of Central City and Karen Sparks (Chris) of Greenville; his granddaughters, Emily Bandy (Scott) of Central City and Megan Sparks of Greenville; and his siblings, Truman Combs (Loretta) and Joyce Hale (David Jr.). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends who are attending the visitation or funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
