He was predeceased by: his parents, S. B. Heltsley and Jonell Humphreys; and his half-brother Chris Humphreys. He is survived by: his wife Linda Divine Heltsley; his children, Jeri Lyn Eastman (Bruce), Nathan Kirkwood (Cynthia), Damon Heltsley and Matt Kirkwood (Amanda); and his siblings, Brenda Thompson, Diane Willis, Debbie Whitlow, Jeff Heltsley and Terry Heltsley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
