She is survived by: her husband Tim Franklin; her children, Earl Stobaugh (Allison), Audrey Browning (Mark) and Jenny Smith (Russell); her stepson Justin Franklin (Vickie); and her siblings, Robert Hall (Tara), David Hall (Carla), Thomas Hall, Carolyn Billings (Doug), Sandy McCormick (Larry) and Betsey Holskey. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
