With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mattie Lee Peterson of Breeding, Kentucky, born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Sarah Dupree; and her children, Jerry Peterson, Jr. and Angela Peterson. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Peterson of Atlanta, Alma Jackson of Breeding and Lynn Neeley of Summer Shade. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren A host of other friends.
