He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Waldon "Bud" Gibson and Mable Myers Gibson; his wife Jo Lynn Wilson Gibson; his sister Carolyn Jean Gibson Irby; and his parents-in-law, Johnny and Webba Wilson.
He is survived by: his nieces, Micaela Irby Riemer (Eric), Laurel Irby (David Feuston) and Rhonda Redmon of Columbia, KY; his nephew Terry Williams of Breeding, KY; his great-nephews, Finnegan Rhys Feuston, Maddox Crewe Irby-Feuston, Rhett Michael Riemer, Shepard Joseph Riemer, Travis Williams and Riley Redmon; his brother Ronnie; his sister-in-law Connie Williams; and his aunts, Sue Baker and Shirley Gibson.
