He was predeceased by: his father William C. Nall; his stepfather James A. Fuqua; and his brother Boyce Cruse. He is survived by: his daughter Kaylee Nall; his mother Barbara Fuqua; the mother of his child Mandy Faust; his sisters, Lycrecia Kennedy and Carol Campbell; and his pet Hank.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
