She is survived by: her sons, Forrest Berry (Sharon) of Muldraugh, KY and Jerry Berry (Brenda) of Elizabethtown, KY; and her grandchildren, Greg, Mark, John, Joshua, Aaron, Duane, Dana and Marlena. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
