She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Whelan, Sr. and Erma Geneva Whelan Troutman; her granddaughter Kortney Michelle Richardson; and her brother Fred Whelan, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Allen "Slug" Applegate; her daughter Vicki Hensley (Boston); her pets, Kelli Kennedy (Todd) of Brandenburg and Aimee Fackler (Rob) of Brandenburg; her grandchildren, Heather Meredith (Parker), Bo Hensley, Allyn Hensley (Brandon Croghan), Sherry Kennedy (Kareem), Jared Richardson (Katie), Sara Pile (David), Kody Kennedy, Megan Storms (Thad), Jake Fackler and Marlee Fackler; and her great grandchildren, Park, Bailey, Magan, Layla, Rayleigh, Brayden, Alaina and Vinny.
