She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Eugene and Irma Jean Phillips. She is survived by: her children, William Clift II (Christa), Claire Clift (Zach Whelan) and Jacob Phillips (Ashley); her grandchildren, Chloe, Elly, Marcie, Nora, Noah and Milly; and her siblings, Claudie Phillips and Arlene Golladay (Tony). She is also survived by extended family & friends.
