He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sloan and Maggie Sloan; his wife Hazel Sloan; and his siblings, Frances Sloan, Earl, James, William and George Sloan.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Kemp, Linda Green and William Gregory Fowler; his grandchildren, Aria Fowler, Kenneth, Alfred and Paul Kemp; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Tyson, Jeryl Tyson III and Alijah Kemp; and his caregiver Dolores Geisler.
